The Dahle 166 Premium Pencil Sharpener is designed to create smooth, precise points. It features an automatic cutting system that prevents over-sharpening, a point adjuster for a sharp or blunt tip, and a steel cutting cylinder with 12 ground edges for even lead exposure.

The Dahle 166 Premium Pencil Sharpener can be set to a precise degree of sharpness with the twist of a dial. Designed for heavy use, this sharpener is made of high-quality materials including a Solingen steel blade. Whether you need a fine or blunt-edged point, Dahle’s Automatic Cutting System feeds the pencil into the sharpener while sharpening it to your personal preference. Once at the ideal point, the handle spins freely to prevent over-sharpening. Standard graphite or oversized artist pencils will fit through the sharpener’s extra-large pencil opening. The cutting blades can be removed and cleaned. A mounting clamp is included, but not necessary for portable sharpening.
